WHAT PHASES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR SERVICES?
Pre-Construction Phase
We hands on assist in financial modeling and preliminary due diligence. Our full service encompasses all aspects of analyzing budgets and time schedules, while coordinating all communications necessary with every Municipal, Government, and Contracting needs while evaluating the cost/benefit of all parties involved.
Construction Phase
We’ll manage every submittal/approval process. Coordinate ALL onsite activities throughout the construction process while managing and documenting every aspect until 100% job completion.
Post Construction Phase
While providing assistance on all warranty issues, we also assist and attend 10-month post-construction review of facilities with the architectural/engineering team and owner. If there are any building use issues, expansion plans, or potential re-designs of building, we’ll be there every step of the way.
